Our successful applicant for the Maintenance Technician role will understand the importance of high-quality customer service and craftsmanship.
General knowledge of plumbing, house electrical, carpentry, and home maintenance is important.
Specific Responsibilities for Maintenance TechniciansComplete small to medium repairs, remodeling, and home improvement projectsCommunicate with all concerned departments about pending repairs.
Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain an adequate stock of necessary equipment.
Keep records of all work performed.
Keep company vehicles and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.
Complete invoices, work orders tracking forms, and weekly reports as required.
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
Job Requirements for Maintenance Technicians Experience in home maintenance/repair and remodeling Proficiency to navigate cloud-based technology.
Team player who can work independently.
SC Driver's License Stable work history Ability to work weekends.
(Mandatory) Will be required to run On Call after-hours support.
Use hands to lift, carry, or pull objects up to 50 lbs.
Ability to climb stairs to access all properties.
Ability to manage time wisely with minimal supervision.
Recommended Skills Carpentry Customer Service Maintenance Plumbing Renovation Self Motivation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
